JACOB “GUATEY” KATZ, PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Hey Biluim! My name is Guatey and I’m so excited to serve as your Program Director next summer. I believe camp is truly the greatest place on earth and I can’t wait to show each and every one of you how special it can be. This is going to be my eleventh summer with CYJ, second as Program Director, and my fourth as a member of the head staff team. Not only were some of my greatest memories made at Biluim but I made life long friendships with people who I’m proud to call my best friends to this day. There really is nothing quite like a camp Biluim summer and I’m looking forward making this the Best Summer Ever (BSE)!!!
AARON LITVACK, ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Hey Billy ‘26! My name is Litvack, and I'm super hyped to return this summer as your Assistant Program Director! My CYJ journey started all the way back in 2011, and I keep coming back with new ideas and plans to make every summer the best one yet. You'll often find me building a bonfire, playing cards, or on occasion running around with a medieval sword. In the city, I'm studying aerospace engineering in my final year at Toronto Metropolitan University, and I spend my free time providing professional résumé review or hopping online for a few games with some of my fellow head staff. Can't wait to meet you all and show off all the exciting things I'm working on for this summer. It's seriously going to be the BSE!
NATAN PERLMAN, HEAD OF PROGRAMMING
My name’s Natan and I’m so excited to be returning to Biluim as the Head of Programming! This will be my 4th year as a Biluim staff and my 9th year at a CYJ camp.
At camp, I love running great programs, moshing in the chadar, and making the kind of memories and jokes that last forever. My Billy year was life-changing, and I’m excited to help make yours just as meaningful.
In the city, I study psychology at TMU and work as a youth program coordinator at a synagogue. I love good food, good friends, and living in the moment.

JONATHAN PRAW, HEAD OF CAMPER CARE
Bonjour CKB!! My name is Praw and I’m excited to be your Head of Camper Care again this summer! I started going to camp in 2016, as a rookie at Camp Solelim and this will be my 5th summer on the staff team. During the school year, I’m studying to get my Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto. At camp you’ll find me playing hockey at the plex or chilling on the docks. Camp is such an awesome place and I can't wait for another summer!!
MAX UDITSKY, HEAD COUNSELLOR
Hey Biluim! My name is Max and I am so excited to be one of your Head Counsellors this summer. I’ve been going to CKB since 2017 and can’t wait to make this year the best one yet! My favourite parts of camp are BFL and hanging out by the lake listening to music. When I’m not at camp, I’m a management student at McGill University. I can’t wait to meet you all and am so excited for the BSE!!!
LIRY SCHEIN, HEAD COUNSELLOR
Hi! I’m Liry and I’m so excited to be your Biluim Head Counsellor this summer! I’m an Israeli, and this will be my 5th summer at a CYJ camp - I was a Biluim camper in 2019. In 2022 I joined the IDF and served as a Mashakit Tash in Givati unit during the war. Since I was discharged from the army, I traveled the world and last summer was my first summer as a staff at camp and I’m so excited to be back at my favorite place - where I created the most amazing memories and friendships! My favorite part of camp is Shabbat - Shira and Rikud together as one Chevra! Next year I’m going to study Psychology and Pre- Med in Reichman university in Herzliya. Can’t wait to meet all of you and for this summer to be the BSE!!!
MIRA TOLEDANO, HEAD OF LEADERSHIP
Hey Camp Biluim!! My name is Mira, and I am so excited to be back this summer as your Head of Leadership!! CKB has been my home since 2017. At camp, you can find me painting murals, reading on the docks, hanging out in the music room, stargazing and dancing during rikud every week!! Camp is a place where you can make memories that last a lifetime, and I’m so excited to create those memories with all of you. When I'm not at camp, I am studying Psychology at Concordia University. Looking forward to meeting you all soon and making this summer the BSE!
NORA-JIN SOKOLOFF, HEAD OF WATERFRONT
Hey Camp Kinneret! My name is Nora-Jin (NJ), and I’m so excited to be your Head of Waterfront this summer!! I started going to camp back in 2013 as a Gib and have loved every single year since. I joined the staff team in 2023 as a Gosh Gadol staff member and spent the last two summers as part of the Kochot unit. For the past two years, I’ve also had the amazing experience of being Rosh Sport! At camp, you can usually find me watching KSC or flipping and diving off the inflatables. During the year, I study Business Technology Management at the University of Ottawa, but I’m always counting down the days until I’m back at camp!
