camp biluim CANADA Summer Dates
July 2 - August 13, 2024
Fees
TORONTO: $9660 – This fee includes taxes (GST 5% & QST 9.95%), baggage handling, tuck shop, t-shirt, sweatshirt, all activities and off campus trips, laundry, and coach bus transportation from Toronto to camp and back to Toronto at the end of the season.
MONTREAL: $9160 – This fee includes taxes (GST 5% & QST 9.95%), baggage handling, tuck shop, t-shirt, sweatshirt, all activities and off campus trips, laundry, and school bus transportation from Montreal to camp and back to Montreal at the end of the season.
VANCOUVER: $9060 – This fee includes taxes (GST 5% & QST 9.95%), one night in a shared room at an airport hotel in Montreal on July 1st, tuck shop, t-shirt, sweatshirt, all activities and off campus trips, laundry, baggage handling and school bus transportation on July 2nd from the airport in Montreal to camp and back to the airport in Montreal at the end of the season. Campers from Vancouver that wish to travel to Toronto at the end of our season will be charged an additional $250.
INTERNATIONAL: $8860 – This fee includes taxes (GST 5% & QST 9.95%), baggage handling, tuck shop, t-shirt, sweatshirt, all activities and off campus trips, laundry, and school bus transportation from Montreal to camp and back to Montreal at the end of the season. International campers that wish to travel to and from camp from Toronto, will be charged an additional $250 per direction travelled.
FEES DO NOT INCLUDE
Medication prescribed during the camp season.
Personal spending money for excursions.
Bronze Medallion & Bronze Cross Certification (offered as an optional chug and will only be charged if camper passes the exams).

Financial Aid
Camp Biluim is committed to making it possible for all campers to benefit from our transformative experience. Families that require financial assistance are invited to submit our Application for Financial Aid. All requests remain strictly confidential. Application opening date
Our application portal opens on September 8, 2023 at 12pm (noon). Our program has limited capacity and we strongly recommend that interested applicants apply as soon as the application portal opens.
CYJ Camper Priority
CYJ campers are given priority to register over campers that are new to the CYJ movement. All applicants are accepted to Camp Biluim on a first come first served basis providing they satisfy our acceptance criteria.
Acceptance criteria
(1) Completed online Application Form
(2) Completed Medical Form
(3) Completed Supplemental Form (completed by the camper)
(4) Completed Code of Conduct Form
(5) Positive recommendation from the camper’s previous camp (which will be submitted directly from the CYJ feeder camp).
(6) Please note that some applicants and their parents/guardians may be required to participate in an interview.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due with submission of application. If the camper is not accepted, the $500 deposit will be reimbursed. If the camper withdraws or his/her application is cancelled for any reason after March 1, 2024 and prior to June 1, 2024 an additional $600.00 will be forfeited to the camp. The camp is not in a position to issue any refunds at or after June 1st, 2024.
